As a Vice President with Wachovia Wells Fargo, she spent the last three years serving as division information officer with Wachovia Securities in the brokerage IT division. "This role gives me the scope of leadership impact that is important and challenging to me, as well as the ability to significantly grow the financial services business through my extensive relationships and contacts both at Wells Fargo/Wachovia and other financial services companies in Charlotte," says Reitz

Reitz possesses more than 15 years of experience in financial services industry. Specifically, she has extensive experience in merger integration including the successful completion of the two largest brokerage consolidations in history, business to business integration and driving significant strategic buy versus build decisions. In addition, she has eleven years in the brokerage and securities business, and four years in retirement.

(http://www.nouveon.com/CEO-message.html) "This hire, in addition to other leaders who have recently joined, continues to position us well to grow in this space. We are delighted to have her with us." Theresa Ulyatt (http://www.nouveon.com/management-team.html), director of talent management and people care at NouvEON, worked closely with Reitz prior to leaving Wachovia in November 2008 to join the firm.

"My experience with Dawn as always been outstanding," adds Ulyatt. "Dawn delivers, she gets things done and she gets it done well. Her hire is a major coup for my talent management team. We expect to continue this trend as NouvEON moves forward."

Reitz received her degree in mathematical sciences from Clemson University. "I am proud to be joining a company that continues to be the fastest growing firm of its size year over year," says Reitz.
