TradingMarkets Mid-Day Movers
Stocks are trading slightly higher
today after Thursday’s impressive rally. The stock market took
inspiration from the bond market yesterday which surged after record foreign
buying of the
10-year T-Note auction. Foreign buying was 55.6% of the $13 Bln offering,
showing very strong foreign demand for US assets, a bullish sign for stocks.
With the bond market closed in observance of Veteran’s Day and
no economic news due today, trading is likely to remain subdued.
The US Dollar Index is trading virtually flat and Energy
prices are mixed.
