Slow Grind
A slow grind in the S&Ps in the late morning as volatility eases.
S&Ps were back on the lows at 1263, with support just beneath at 1261.8 to 1260. Locals turned seller about an hour into the session today, with resistance around 1271 to 1272.50.
Weakness in the Semiconductor Index (SOX) has pulled the NASDAQ lower, although there has also been some weakening in the buy-interest. We saw limit down in the late-morning session at 1898.5, as the market retested the 1900 area.
