A Diamond In The ‘Ruff’
On light volume days, ‘follow-thru’
entries in the direction of
the trend are, unfortunately, less likely to succeed. The lack of sponsorship, or volume, spells increased volatility and less
liquidity when entering and exiting setups. My personal vote is to do the
proverbial ‘sitting on one’s hands’ routine when the deck is obviously stacked
against one. But, if you just have to trade on a lethargic summer Friday that
has even fewer ingredients working in your favor, I would suggest that you get in
early, out of a quality setup that you know has caught the eye of the few that
made it out onto the playing field.
