Stocks are set for green open following comments from Goldman Sach’s Abby Joseph
Cohen, as she has upped the firm’s model portfolio equity allocation from 65% to
70%.

As most recall, Abby lowered her allocation for tech just about one year ago
to the date, a day which coincidently marked the beginning of the massive slide
in tech. Coincidentally, Goldman is one of the lead underwriters of the Marc
Andreesson-led Loudcloud

Thursday.

 The challenge for the Nasdaq today will be for it to book a third up
day in a row.

The Nasdaq futures are up 39 points, and the Dow futures are up 42 points.

The S&Ps look to open up 6.2 points while the yield on the 10-year note
is holding at 4.97%.
