“Can’t Get Any Worse”

Upgrades in the chip sector and what looks to be like an agreement to have
China release the U.S. airmen it is holding are giving stocks a sizeable boost
Wednesday.

The Dow futures are up 98 points, and the Nasdaq futures are up 42 points.

The S&Ps look to open up 16.90 points while the yield on the 10-year
Treasury is 4.94%
