Finding Lows

A great way for swing traders to make use of the search feature on the
java applet to spot possible candidates setting up in the next two to three days
is to search for stocks that have hit new 52-week and two-month lows. Since
rarely do stocks rise or fall in a straight line, and the nature of price
movement in markets is to thrust, pause, then pivot back in the direction of the
underlying trend, weeding out stocks hitting new lows, waiting for them to
pause, then shorting when they resume their overall trend in tandem with the
indices is a strategy that can pay off handsomely.

With that in mind, this morning’s search reveals some interesting stocks that
may set up to the short side in the next few days. All of them made either new
52-week lows or two month lows in today’s trading.

Now, swing traders have stocks to watch for setups for the next
couple of days, and daytraders, you can use these stocks found in this search to
stalk for continuation and an intraday entry the following day.
