The stock is now consolidating into a seven-day flag following a
breakaway gap and a nice breakout from a flag in the middle of January. This
action has it now above the top of its base. With a huge gap left to be filled
from the August 2000 debacle, RMDY has room left to run to the upside if this
latest momentum continues to have legs.

put it on the top of tech fund managers’ watch lists. The company has had
nine-month revenue-growth rate of nearly 50%. And last night it announced that
it doubled earnings from last year while exceeding analysts expectations by 15%,
or three cents, to 20 cents. The company makes high performance base materials
for semiconductor targeted for opto-electronic applications–can you say fiber
optics?
Speaking of base materials, AXTI has sketched a 10-month
base that it has been working on at highs, an explosive situation. The
stock gapped up in an expansion bar and has nearly doubled its 65-day
average volume while pushing through its 200-day and 50-day moving averages.
This price/volume and fundamental performance is what we look for when we enter
stocks early, before they break out to new highs. AXTI is up 5 5/16 to 38 1/16.
AXTI also rallied another 2 points after an Intraday
Setup Alert on the TradersWire.
