volatility bands occurs at the 2.0 standard deviation band, but moves can and
often do occur from the other bands. Here is one such instance that took place
this morning:

is moving out of a Haggerty 1-2-3 bottom on the five-minute chart. $NDX.X is
currently down 27.91 at 1591.74.

The pattern takes shape very close to the 1.28 band at 1575,
