We caught KLAC early on, when it was mentioned in the
10 AM Audio Alert.
Here I noticed it was pulling back from the intraday high, along with
several other semiconductor issues. When the ISM Index came out much higher than
expected, the market took a liking to the news and it was off to the races.

We kept up with the semis, and later alerted another setup in
KLAC.

Intraday Setup Alert
KLA Tencor (KLAC)
is forming an ascending triangle on its intraday chart. KLAC is up 3.94 at
61.85.

The stock gained another point out of that setup, and is still
moving up as this is being written. Now it is well up the “trading tree” that
Kevin Haggerty talks about, and the likelihood of success gets lower and lower
as you go up it. However, you had several opportunities to hop on along the ride
up.
