Slow Drift
S&Ps have been in a slow drift, and as long as they are below 811.50, the risk is still on the downside. The targets are at 810-809, then 807.50, and 805.
On the upside, neutral is 812, and to improve the outlook they would have to get above 813.50. If that happens they should try for 814.50-815 and later 816.50-817.
To get to neutral, Nasdaq would have to get above 968. To improve the outlook, they would have to get above 970. Targets on the upside are at 972-973 and later possibly 978-978.50. On the downside, if they have trouble staying over 967 look for another test of 965, then 963-962, and 960.
