Slow Going
S&Ps are trying to get the upside going, but it may be slow going. On the upside, we have resistance/targets at 865, and then a clustere form 867.50 to 870.
On the downside, below 860 we would look for a pullback to 859-858.50, and then possibly 857.50. As mentioned in the Morning Meeting, we see solid support in the area of roughly 852 to 850.
Nasdaq futures will have to show better staying power above 1058 to attract more buyers. If they exceed that level, look for 1063, then 1065 and, and later 1067.50-1068. On the downside, if they go below 1056, then can’t get over 1058 look for a test of 1054.
