The Nasdaq 100 ($NDX.X)
appears to be putting in a Haggerty 1-2-3 top after hitting the 2.0
volatility band at 1225. $NDX.X is up 53.78 at 1213.15.
However, the entry is never triggered and the rally resumes.
The failure of the bearish pattern becomes bullish, as fast
moves are often the result.
