Identify strong growth companies with earnings growth of at least 25% in the recent quarter versus year ago quarter; Sales growth of at least 25%; at least a 17% ROE and the stock’s 12-month price performance puts it in the top 20% of the market while trading at or near new all-time highs. This is a Bull Market strategy designed to maximize profits when the market is providing them. In the case where the market is in a downtrend, the portfolio remains in cash. Beating the market is obviously very tough, but this strategy has been found to give an investor their best odds of beating the market.
