Cisco Calls Fall; Techs Tank

Techs sank Tuesday as traders worried that the market might not get the rate
cut that was so rumored to have been on its way. Insurance was the top sector
while Internets were the weakest.

At the close, the VIX had increased 1.69 to 29.03.

The OEX March 580 calls fell 1.10 to 4.10.
