Cisco Calls Rise; Nasdaq Bounces
The Nasdaq staged a heroic bounce from an early decline of more than 4% to end the session up 1.3%. Technology and semiconductors were the day’s top sectors while telecom and
insurance were the weakest.
At the close, the VIX had increased 1.50 to 31.39.
