Friday’s Futures Setups

US jobless claims fell
23,000 last week
to 382,000, the lowest in eight months. The inventory
report for heating oil showed that reserves were too low — with winter quickly
approaching. Nigerian oil workers agreed not to strike.

The mini Dow closed in a Shooting Star.

As did the Nasdaq mini.

We’ve got some positive divergence in Coffee.

Unleaded is at an interesting level.

If the stock market pulls back tomorrow, copper may
also.

Bonds are pulling back into a confluence zone.

Please note that while there are strong trends, one bar or a series of bars
forming a setup can sometimes indicate a contra move for the next day. This
contra move may not be long-lasting — maybe only for a day or two. Trading with
the main trend is always the highest probability trade.

Be advised that some futures contracts are prone to gaps.

Remember, use stops on all your trades.
