is bouncing off the 200-day EMA, and it is now trading near the day’s low. It is
down 0.27 at 48.05.
Now, let’s look at the 3-minute chart of ERTS. It broke down below the flag and
gave us a quick scalping gain. I’m sure many traders moved on to the next stock
after this trade, but look what happened to ERTS shortly after covering the
position. It formed a double bottom. Notice the stochastic, it was also giving
us a strong buy signal.
