Here’s how I trade squeezes in KLAC and AAPL

KLAC and AMAT short squeezes
triggered as setup in my last article
. When the
market is strong and the leaders are selling off, that’s when you get wholesale
prices.

finally cracked through the 50.60 daily 50 period moving
average resistance to squeeze to the 53.20 upper daily Bollinger’s thereby
‘catching up’ to the market.

finally broke through its 74.65
resistance to squeeze to its daily upper Bollinger bands at 77 and ‘catch up’ to
the market.

The Nasdaq 100 eminis (aka noodles) broke out strong to
surpass all upside targets as it ramped to 1754.50 above daily upper BBS. The
market is very overbought in the short term here and a consolidation into
earnings is the most likely prospect. During consolidations, you want to keep
your eyes out not for leaders but for laggards that have yet to move up with the
markets to their daily upper BBS. I will post up some laggards in my next
article to keep an eye on.
