Hannah: Although there is no
universally accepted definition of the term “hedge fund,”
the term generally is used to refer to an entity that holds a pool
of securities and perhaps other assets, whose interests are not sold in a
registered public offering and which are not registered as an investment company
under the Investment Company Act.
