I am depressed and I am excited
at the same time. I am depressed because I am thinking I am getting
old. Well, not real old! But I went to a Moody Blues concert the other
day. The bottom line is that I can remember when they were young. This is not good because it was like watching a concert from a nursing
home. They did put on a good show nonetheless. I feel old because Playmate centerfolds are now born in the
80s. At least, that’s what I am told. This is not good because I can remember…
well, never mind. I feel old because I had my Bar Mitzvah the last time the market had such an ugly time.

But not too old to get a little excited right now. I don’t need to go in-depth.
I don’t need to tell you theory. I don’t need to tell you opinion. I don’t need to tell you about the
economy…interest rates…the Fed…Robert Downey Jr. (what an a–)…the weather, or anything else at this point.

The only thing I know is that the market is acting very well here. As I stated in my last
report, a pullback was a gimme. The market got it. Now it is coming on again.
More importantly, a bunch of setups and breakouts in differing industries are starting to happen.

Forget opinion! Stock market action is, has been, and
always will be the final arbiter.Â

I continue to maintain my call of
April
11 report that an intermediate-term bottom has been put in. Whether this will turn into a new
bull… only time will tell. For right now, I LIKE IT.
