Good Morning.
It was good to see the first day of the bounce yesterday. Today the world markets are in neutral territory with the 2-period RSI of our proprietary Country Fund ETF Universe showing a reading of 50.12.
Most of the U.S. is still slightly oversold and another’s day rally will bring it back to neutral/overbought territory. There will be a tug of war between the lack of desire in holding positions over a long weekend versus the end-of-month upward bias in equity prices over the next few days.
