Live Cattle Strong But Vulnerable

Each
evening we focus on the most interesting aspects for the upcoming trading day.
The comments are based on observations of the nightly updates of the Futures and
Market Bias pages. They are provided for educational purposes only and are not
intended to be direct trading advice. Also, keep in mind that these remarks are
made up to 12 hours in advance of the markets opening. Therefore, overnight
events may alter the outcome of these observations.

The December Canadian Dollar (CDZ1),
mentioned Wednesday night, still looks like it has the potential to resume its
longer-term downtrend.

January juice (OJF2)
looks like it has the potential to resume its uptrend out of a pullback.

February live cattle (LCG2)
look like they have the potential to resume their strong downtrend out of a
pullback from lows. Wait for follow through to the downside though
,
as it was up sharply on Thursday.

Looking Ahead

January beans (SF2)
could set up as a low-volatility situation soon.

Best of luck with your trading on
Friday!
