Monday’s Top Stocks

Nobody liked this
morning’s job numbers.
Both Diamonds Trust (DIA) and
Nasdaq-100 Index Tracking Stock
(QQQ) finished at the year’s worst level on heavy
volume. As you can see below, both issues gapped down. Gaps are troublesome
because they tend to be strong resistance levels. Needless to say, any bounces
from here will be providing good selling opportunities.

Now, let’s looks at three stocks for Monday:

Symantec Corp (SYMC): In spite of this market condition, the stock formed
a bullish doji and closed just above its 8-day EMA. Look for a breakout.

Dell Inc (DELL): The issue broke down below the 200-day EMA on increased
volume and finished just above its support level. Look for a breakdown.

Boston Scientific (BSX): It appears the stock is forming a double bottom.
Notice, both RSI and MACD histogram are showing positive divergence. Wait till
BSX to take out Thursday’s close.

Good night and see you Monday.
