Monday’s Top Stocks From TradingMarkets
It looks like Travelzoo (TZOO) is
topping out. It has two consecutive days of bearish tails, and rising
prices are accompanied by decreasing volume. TZOO lost 0.64 percent of its value
and closed right at the bottom of a rising channel.
Diamonds Trust (DIA) held above the 61.8 percent Fibonacci level, but
Nasdaq-100 Index Tracking Stock (QQQ) finished slightly below the 20-day SMA
(simple moving average).
Let’s look at three stocks for Monday:
Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSO): The stock formed a bearish tail
and closed at the day’s low. Look for a test of the gap zone.
Advanced Fibre Communications (AFCI): The issue is forming a bear flag.
Look for a breakdown.
Autodesk (ADSK): The stock is attempting to move out of a pullback from
the September 21 high. Look for a resumption of the uptrend.
