Wrap Up

The Dow made an intra-day reversal to close up
slightly higher.  However broader indices such as the S&P 500 and
Nasdaq Composite made up some earlier losses but still ended slightly in the
red.  Today’s action gave us CVR I buy signals in both the S&P and
Nasdaq.
