Canadian journal linked arthritis drug Celebrex to 14 deaths. A similar drug–Merck’s
Vioxx–was pulled off the shelf last month after it was linked to heart attacks.
The Canadian government subsequently came out and said there was no causal
link between Celebrex and the 14 deaths.
