ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips – The bill’s incentive to promote
drilling are mostly in the Gulf of Mexico, and these two companies have a strong
presence there.

Schlumberger, Halliburton: oil service companies

Peabody Energy: with ANWR and California  off limits, coal could
get a boost.
