The Money Blogs Instructions

TheMoneyBlogs.com

1. Login using your Username and Password

https://blogeasel.com

We will create your username and password, and these will be sent to you via
email with the legal agreement. Save these as you will need them to log
onto Blogeasel.

2. Home Page

  • Click “Create a new blog” only the first time that you are in the
    backend.
If we have already created a “Blog Title” for you, use the
    existing one.
  • After your original blog name has been created, use only one. By creating
multiple blogs, the server confuses your separate blogs, and any/all
of your posts will probably become buried.
  • Click on your “Blog Name” to be able to create a new post
  • IGNORE the two icons on the far right, “New Post” and “Settings.”
    DO NOT
    USE THESE ICONS.

3. Edit Posts page

  • Click “Create New Post” to write a new blog entry. Notice the difference
between “Create New Post” and “Create a new blog” from previous page
  • Write, or copy/paste, your blog on the “New Post” page. Create a Title,
Content and 3+ related “tags” which are keywords for your blog. The SEO
section is optional, but the tags (keywords) are crucial
  • Once a post has been created, you can check the front end by clicking
“View Blog” tab on the top of the page.
  • You can view your post from this page by clicking on link on far right of
    page that says “View.”
  • You can delete your post from the server by clicking the red “X” on the
    far right of each post.

Tabs on top of “Edit Posts” Page

1. Home – Use this to choose which Blog you will posting under. You
should only have 1 Blog Title, and therefore always post under the same “Blog
Name”

2. Posting – Gets you to “Edit Posts” page to create a new blog post
and edit old ones.

3. Links– Use this page to create links to your own page, and other
sites that you like. Post as many links as you want. On the front end, the links
appear on the right hand side of your blog text.

4. Settings– This page controls BLOG TITLE, COMMENT OPTIONS, CONTACT
EMAIL, MAJOR KEYWORDS,
and BLOG DESCRIPTION. The BLOG DESCRIPTION is the text
which appears beneath your title on the front end. Try to use 1 sentence or
catchy phrase to identify and describe your blog (like a permanent sub-title).

5. Profile– Use this page to ADD YOUR PICTURE, CHANGE DISPLAY NAME,
CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
and CREATE “ABOUT ME.” The “About Me” section is the large
box, directly above the Password box. Use this box to create a detailed
description of yourself and your blog goals, if you feel like it’s necessary.
The box that says, “Describe yourself or your blog in one sentence” is not
necessary.

Troubleshooting-

If you post a blog, and it does not work, try the following:

1. Clear your cookies and repost. (Remember, “Create New Post,” DO NOT
“Create New Blog”)

2. Paste your text into Microsoft Notepad to strip extraneous code, etc. MS
Office Code can cause the server to rearrange your content, so that your page
might look different. After copy/pasting into Notepad, copy/paste that text back
into blogs, and re-post. Notepad will not see charts and pics, so you have to
re-insert those after stripping the code.

3. Wait 10-20 minutes if you try to post twice and nothing seems to work.
Clear your cookies, and check your “Edit Posts” page to see if you have
successfully uploaded the post into our server. Our blog is constantly updating
and republishing, so you might have to wait until the next round of publication
for your blog to appear. If you are using the backend it will publish instantly.

4. If you clear cookies, strip your text of bad code, repost twice and your
blog still doesn’t work, CONTACT US and we will fix the backend, or just post it
ourselves. Email johnl@tradingmarkets.com,
ashtond@tradingmarkets.com, or darrenw@tradingmarkets.com, or
call (888) 484- 8220 or (213) 955 – 5858 ext. 241.
