This Is All You Need To Know Right Now

my last report
as the
charts
continue to work well. In my last report, I showed you
several charts of big-cap names that were setting up in quality bases. I do
not believe that happens by coincidence. I went on to say that big-caps were
lagging but if those names broke out, expect a rally for the big-caps.

Well, that’s exactly what is happening at this
time as the major indices are now getting legs on the back of breakouts in

This is really all you need to know right now.
If you are short the major indices, you may want to take a double-take at
these names.

On the other end of the spectrum, I am always
looking for weakness when the market is strong. It is easiest to isolate
weakness at this time. Bottom line: The only real weakness I have been
seeing sector-wise is in OIL PRICES and their
underlying stocks, NEWSPAPERS, selective
MEDIA, INSURANCE
(somebody by the name of ISABEL has something to
do with that) and the SEMIS are still acting a
little bit ragged here. But keep in mind, the SEMIS are still extended. I am
actually looking to buy if they pull back into their respective 50-day
average.

With FINANCIALS
now working, this bull move continues. Keep a close watch on the FINANCIAL
breakouts.

Lastly, GRASSO is
gone…and that’s a good thing. On top of the obscene $140 million, he took a
$5 million bonus for the job he did during 9/11. Gee…my hero! He should be
made to return the $5 million and given to the New York Fire Department.
Someone should then pull 75% of the $140 million and give that to various
charities. Mr. Grasso can then take the rest and sail to Cuba where he can
then run a country where a dictator plunders all the money. And oh yeah, how
about getting rid of all the donutheads that approved this package of
nonsense.
