Thursday’s Top Stocks From TradingMarkets

Oil Service HOLDRs (OIH)
lost 1.18% of its value, but it managed to close near the day’s high
.
Although it looks bullish, it is too soon to buy. Notice, OIH could not move
above a gap zone.

Diamonds Trust (DIA) formed an engulfing bar on heavy volume, but it
finished slightly above 100.

In spite of the strong open, Nasdaq-100 Index Tracking Stock (QQQ)
re-crossed below its 200-day MA and closed poorly.

Let’s look at three stocks for Thursday:

American International Group (AIG): The issue failed to take out 68 and
slipped below a bear flag. We are looking for a test of the October 6 low.

AnnTaylor Stores (ANN): The stock is facing a gap zone to overcome, and
it is forming a bear flag. We are looking for a breakdown.

Gilead Sciences (GILD): This one is from yesterday. The stock is still
trading inside of a flag, and we are looking for a breakout.

Good night and see you tomorrow.
