TradingMarkets Mid-Day Movers
The major indices are mixed in early trading.Â
This morning’s ISM manufacturing report showed an expansion in the
sector, while the Pending Home Sales report for March came in 4.9%
lower than a year ago.
June crude futures are
fractionally lower this morning to $65.64 a barrel.Â
June gold futures fell 1% to $677 an ounce in early trading.
Around Asia, Tokyo’s Nikkei Index fell
0.7% to 17,274.98, Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index lost 1% to
20,318.98, and Shanghai’s Composite gained 2.2% to 3,841.27.
Today‘s
