Volatility Appetizer

While I do not expect much after the first hour and
a half of trading due to the Thanksgiving Holiday,
it is possible
that the economic numbers being released at 9:45 and 10:00 AM EST may offer
traders a “volatility appetizer” before we wrap it up for the
week. Additionally, the developing situation with weapons inspectors in Iraq may
toss a few curveballs.

I would go into more detail on my thoughts on the upcoming session, but
frankly, volume will be light and after the first hour, the chance for hitting
“air pockets” in the individual stocks is high. So, wrap it up, and get on with
your holiday plans. It will be the same story for Friday as well. Do yourself a
favor and enjoy the long weekend, the market will be open again on Monday.
