Where The Latest Source Of Strength Is…
Do you remember that mini-top I talked about
yesterday? Never mind! It still may happen but continue to concentrate on
the more important part of the story…the stock market continues to act well.
Markets romped on Monday. It actually felt like the Mondays throughout the 90s
when funds jumped all over the market every Monday. Overbought…extended…call
it what you want. Almost on a daily basis, breakouts are occurring…and that’s
all that matters.
Continue to find those stocks that are breaking out of sound bases with volume.
Simple as that. I am finding them in large and small-cap areas…in speculative
as well as boring. I don’t know how long this lasts nor do I know how far it
goes. I only know that the bulls continue to have the upper hand. Until things
change, pullbacks are buyable.
The latest strength can now be found in the MEDICAL group as
HMOs and PHARMACEUTICALS
look to have a leg up.
