the first 3 weeks of January; on average, the Naz is up 3.9% in January. Interestingly, in 2003 the Nasdaq fell 8% for the
first 3 weeks but the index shot up 50% that year. Another interesting
fact: The market has never been down for the year in a year ending in “5.”
