Major indices all close in the green.  S&P up
4.49 at 1294.18, Dow up 31.86 at 11043.44 and Nasdaq up 11.04 at 2331.36.

The Dow rebounded today after Dupont lowered fourth
quarter estimates; market reacts strongly in opposition to poor earnings from DD
and AA.

The financial industry awarded $21.5 billion in
bonuses at the end of 2005.  The average bonus was $125,000; this was the
highest bonus pool since 2000.

EIA reports that US crude supplies declined more than
expected; oil closed up almost 1% at 63.88 a barrel.
