Stock Indexes And Crude Oil Rallying

Stock index futures are picking up where they left off yesterday. The financial and insurance sectors are leading equities– and futures–higher on news that new legislation will permit them to combine services.

Crude oil, unleaded gas and heating oil are rallying following Mexico’s proposal that major oil producing nations extend production quotas beyond March.

Soybeans, from the Momentum-5 List and Multiple Days Low Volatility lists matched a six-week low.

Dollar index futures are up more than 1%.

Cocoa is trading at a new contract low.
