New Session Lows
New session lows were put in in the S&P and Nasdaq futures in a quiet, expiration trade.
S&Ps are at 1143.50, a new low on the day, in the late morning. Nasdaq was trading at 1582, just off a new low at 1580. Both are still up on the day.
Earlier, S&Ps saw a quick pop higher on the Michigan Sentiment Release, which was stronger than expectations. But there were plenty of sellers in the market.
Right now, expiration dominates the trade, and the pit is clearing out. That is certainly the case in Nasdaq futures, which spiked higher on the Michigan Sentiment at 1596, the traded off in a very quiet trade.
