Taking Stock Of The Situation
Some ticker symbols might
‘reek’ of irony–but don’t throw caution to the wind.
Personally, I examine every stock on multiple time frames and even dabble in a
little bit of pseudo fundamental analysis in deciding upon alerts for our
subscribers. But, not all situations are created equal as some stocks are ‘extra
fragile’ and prone to whims of volatility. The moral of the story is, know what
you’re ‘carrying’ and absolutely decide upon necessary precautions such as money
management and proper sizing before you enter the trade.

Intraday Setup Alert
I thought ‘soup was good food’, but apparently eggs are even tastier as
of late. Cal-Maine Foods (CALM)
witnessed some sensational gains in the last two months, but as another
saying goes…’what goes up, must come down’, and if we’re talking eggs–well,
you be the judge. CALM is forming a symmetrical intraday
triangle off session lows on a second session of ‘profit taking.’ Triggers
for shorts, and the aggressive minded trader, might be considered below pattern
supports of 36.67. CALM is down 1.91 at 37.01.
This one worked out nicely–but just like the eggs they produce, trading this
type of product is certainly not for everyone. If volatile high-flyers are your
bag, just make certain that you don’t get any salmonella poisoning in your
trading account–by always having a well-defined plan before it decides to
crack.
