Tech Funds Turn Nastier

The tradable funds aimed at the
cyclical and industrial sectors pulled higher Tuesday as the Federal Reserve
stood pat on interest rates. Furious selling in Nasdaq stocks deepened losses in
the tech-focused exchange-traded funds.
