A quiet trade at mid-day after a strong upward move.
S&Ps has been making a new high above 1168, although the trade has quieted down considerably. This followed a consolidation move back to the mid 1160s.
The market has been well bid all morning, with strength in the Dow Jones Industrial Average, which is over 10,000.
Nasdaq is also retesting the highs, looking for 1720, after holding support at 1695.
