AMD Puts Rise; Stocks End Mixed
Stocks ended mixed Tuesday with blue chips higher and the Nasdaq slightly
lower ahead of Intel’s earnings report. Forest and paper products were the day’s
top sector while semiconductors were the weakest.
At the close, the VIX had increased .56 to 28.18.
The OEX January 700 calls ended down .40 to 38.80.
