AOL Calls Fall; Dow Slides

Blue chips continued to sink Wednesday as the Dow fell to its lowest level
since March 1999. Semiconductors were the day’s top sector while biotechs were
the weakest.

At the close, the VIX had increased 1.35 to 36.39.
