BMC Calls Rise; Stocks Mixed

Stocks are mixed Thursday on the heels of the Fed’s surprise rate cut.
Transportation stocks are the day’s top sector while insurance is the weakest.

At mid-day, the VIX is up .65 to 29.32.

The OEX January 700 calls are up 1.80 to 19.30.
