Cisco Calls Rise; Nasdaq Rallies
Upgrades in the chip sector helped rally the Nasdaq Wednesday as the average
vaulted 2.5%. Semiconductors were the day’s top sector, and health care was the
weakest.
At the close, the VIX was down .57 to 32.73.
