Yesterday,
some pretty wild things happened on the interest rate front and while I
explained what had happened, I think many of you may not understand the full
impact of what transpired when program traders and market makers saw their
lending rates slashed. I had hoped to get this out today, but a number of false
reports about terrorist activities kept me at my terminal trading. I hope to
complete this description tomorrow.
