Emulex Calls Fall; Stocks Retreat

The Nasdaq pulled back 4.8% as techs rested following last week’s big gains.
Oil services were the day’s top sector while Internets were the weakest.
At the close, the VIX was off 2.49 to 31.50.
Among bigger movers on heavier-than-average volume:
PowerRating) fell 4.49 to 28.00 while the EMLX October 40 calls lost
3.00 to 5.40 on heavier-than-average volume.
PowerRating) fell 2.20 to 3.60 while the HOMS July 35 calls sank
2.20 to 3.60 on heavier-than-average volume.
PowerRating) fell 1.98 to 26.68 while the BMC May 30 puts gained
1.00 to 4.70 on more than 4000 contracts.
