ETF Trading with Larry Connors: Is a Rally Right Around the Corner?
Even though 2/3rds of the Country Fund ETFs are now trading under their 200-day ma, the U.S. is still above it, very oversold and due for a rally likely within a few days. Any good news from Europe or on the budget will precede the rally and as is often the case, the news often causes the pullback (and the over-reaction) followed by the reversion to the mean, upside move.
