Four Benefits Of Systematic Trading

From time to time I’m asked what are the benefits of
Systematic Swing Trading.
If it’s so profitable, why doesn’t everyone
trade that way? Let me try to sum it up by clarifying a few of its advantages:

There’s little or no
emotion involved.
How many times have you experienced
a series of losses and been afraid to pull the trigger? It’s always the trade
you’re the most fearful of that turns out to be a winner. And how many times
have you gotten out of a profitable trade, much too early, because your greed
got in the way? With systematic trading, the stress that is normally associated
with investing and trading will be much lower for you.

It’s time efficient.
Because of its simplicity and ease of use, you have more time for your business,
family, and outside interests. There’s no need for you to be glued in front of
your computer screen all day

Personal control.
Everyone is always looking for an edge in their trading. With model-driven
systematic trading, your edge is the high percentage consistency of profitable
trades that your system produces. Because of this consistency, you no longer
have to rely upon outside sources such as market gurus, news commentators, or
highly subjective chart patterns that will eventually sway your thinking. For
the first time, you have control over your trading.

It’s much easier
than discretionary trading
. You now have a simple set
of clear and concise rules, which have been researched and back tested.
Most of the seven systems we teach at the
Swing Trading College
have only 4-6 rules in which to follow and take less than 10 minutes a day to
implement using all of the methods.
