Friday’s Top Names
The question on our minds
as
the market rallied, before fizzling into the close, was: “Where is the
SOX?” Hopes cannot be high for a sustained rally when the
semiconductors are going in the tank. The index broke a level of key support and
appears to have little, if any, more until it gets down to the 200 level. Until
proven wrong, the reversal and weak close in the indices leave them vulnerable
at least to a retest of the previous low.
